By feeding one point on the triangle, you feed them all. You can approach all three, or you can take micro steps towards healing by focusing on one pillar at a time. List 3 things that feed your spirit
example : travel, live music, fried chicken
List 3 things that feed your physical well being
example : yoga, walking, sauna
List 3 things that feed your mental body
example : organization, space/alone time, my dog
Notice that my top 3 spiritual needs have nothing to do with an actual spiritual practice. They are indulgent and at my finger tips. Try your best to keep it real. This is a private exercise, be honest with yourself.
How are you feeding your mind-body-spirit connection? What does this look like for you? Once you’ve taken inventory, ask yourself this - When was the last time you connected with these things? If you frequently feed yourself the things on your list, it might be time to shake it up! Try the exercise again to see what else might come to mind.
